How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Land of Rugs ensures that all payments are secure. If you wish to make payment over the telephone, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01332 294 787.

How accurate are the colours of the rug on your website?

Whilst every effort is made to reproduce the appearance of each rug, it is possible that the colours that are displayed have a variance due to photography lighting and your computer monitor set up, these factors may affect how colours are displayed. Please note that variation of colour is not accepted by us to constitute faulty goods and we do not accept responsibility for the cost of returning rugs whose colour is not as portrayed on your computer screen.

When can I expect delivery?

Delivery is usually made within 7 working days, however on the very rare occurrence that your rug is out of stock please allow up to 21 days. Upon despatch of your order we will contact you with tracking details, so you will know when to expect your order and please bear in mind that our courier will require a signature.

What is the cost for a delivery?

Mainland UK delivery with the exclusion of Scottish Highlands costs only £6.50 per rug. For any additional rugs on the same order a charge of £4 per item will be added.

  • Isle of Wight & Scily - £6.50
  • All other areas - £19.55

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver all around the world, please contact us with your request and we will be happy to help.

Do you carry all the rugs from your website in stock?

Although we try and keep all the rugs in stock, we may be out of stock on a certain rug. If this is the case we would contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated delivery date for your rug. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, www.landofrugs.co.uk offer a refund on any unused product, so long as its returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The product(s) must be returned back, under your own expense within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note that the initial carriage charge will be only refunded if there is an error on our part or if the product has a manufacturer’s defect.

A note must also be enclosed with any product(s) returned to us. The note must contain your order number, and clearly state your reason for returning the item(s). Including the note will speed up the refund process.

On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the product(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit for your returned order has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned product(s).

Do you have a brochure/catalogue I could look through?

We do not have a catalogue as we update our site on a regular basis with new ranges coming in, due to this a catalogue would not be accurate or up to date. This also ensures we save the over head costs and pass the savings on to you.
